Mediation is a confidential and amicable process in which our trained mediators facilitate dialogue between the parties and their counsel, assisting them in reaching a mutually acceptable resolution. Unless the parties agree otherwise, the mediation fee is customarily divided equally. For convenience, mediation sessions may also be conducted via Zoom upon request.

The 60-minutes consutation can be via Zoom or Face-to-Face. This is an in-depth comprehensive anaylsis of your case.
joint session mediation
4 Hours
Providing mediation services for civil, family, and divorce matters. The 4-Hour mediation is considered a half-day mediation. Both parties will submit a brief outline of their case.
How do virtual classes work?
Through virtual dispute resolution, we give parties the chance to resolve conflicts from anywhere in the country, all with the same exceptional service you would expect face-to-face.
What happens next?
After your virtual hearing has been scheduled, you’ll receive a notice from one of our case administrators with the following information:
01 Confirmation of the date and time of your hearing;
02 A secure link that you will use to attend the hearing; and
03 You’re ready for the mediation.
